Nose: Stewed red fruit intertwines with rich autumnal spices and dark chocolate . Raisins come to the fore alongside demerara sugar and charred oak.

Taste: Smooth morello cherry complements raspberry compote and tangerine . Medjool date develops alongside baked apple and is balanced by cracked black pepper.
