Arran Malt 14 Year Old, 700ml
Nestled on the Isle of Arran, Scotland, Arran Distillery boasts a relatively young yet vibrant history, dating back to 1995. Founded by Harold Currie, a former director of Chivas, it aimed to bring back whisky production to the island after a centuries-long hiatus.
Today, it remains independent and family-owned, continuing its commitment to crafting distinct island single malts.
Arran embraces its island identity, sourcing fresh water from Loch na Davie and incorporating maritime influences into their whisky. They utilize traditional methods like floor malting and copper pot stills, ensuring quality and character in every expression.
The 14 year old Arran is a perfectly balanced marriage of both first fill Sherry and Bourbon casks and is a highly rewarding Single Malt with depth of character and zest.
Nose: Sunset copper
