Owned by the proprietors of Pichon Lalande. The 2011 is a blend of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Merlot and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
Tasting Note:
Aromas of tobacco leaf, red and dark berry fruit, and hints of cedar, wood smoke and earth.
Ripe, medium-bodied and silky smooth, this dense ruby/plum/purple-colored La Bernadotte can be enjoyed over the next 8-10 years.
