Connetable Talbot 2020, 750ml

Connétable Talbot 2020 is a blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from 30-year-old vines planted in gravelly soils in Saint-Julien. Grapes were manually harvested between September 19 and October 10, sorted both manually and optically, and fermented in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. The wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, 15% of which were new.

Tasting Note:

Aromas show ripe red berries, rose petal, and pencil shavings. The palate is medium-bodied, with fine tannins, fresh acidity, and a harmonious finish. Overall, the wine is elegant and approachable, reflecting the estate’s classic style.
