A blend 46 % Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc et 5% Petit Verdot. Fermented in a combination of open top concrete vats and stainless steel fermenters. Elevage in 70% French barrique (mix of new and one year old barrels) and 30% tank for 12 to 14 months.
Tasting Note:
The color of the wine is deep garnet, still a little purplish. The nose is tangy, marked by red fruits; especially the raspberry. The mouth is elongated, fine and delicate. The tannic structure is quite tight, with a delicate touch. The finish is sweet, the persistence medium but present, typical of these early gravel soils
