Domaine Perrot Minot Griotte Chambertin Grand Cru 2018, 1.5L

Griotte-Chambertin Grand Cru 2018 is sourced from a parcel located just below Clos de Bèze, where it meets Chambertin. The site benefits from a warm microclimate and early ripening, with vines planted in 1951 on silty soils carried down the valley. Grapes were fully destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, following a cold maceration. The wine was aged for 16–18 months in 20–30% new French oak barrels, without racking, fining, or filtration, and bottled by gravity.

Tasting Note:

The nose reveals aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate, with floral lift and subtle spice. The palate is dense and refined, showing silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a mineral-driven finish with notable freshness and length.
