Made from 50-year-old Pinot Noir vines. The Corton is produced on two climats: Corton Combes (valleys), Corton Les Chaumes (stony plateau), and La Voie Rosse (referring to ferruginous soil).

Fermentation lasts 15 days with punch downs, allowing the wine to soak up the richness and color from the grape skins before pressing. The wine ages in 20% new oak barrels.

Tasting Note:

The 2019 Corton offers a dense and complex nose, featuring spicy notes, black currant, and kirsch. As it ages, the wine evolves to reveal aromas of undergrowth, truffles, and leather. On the palate, it is rich, powerful, and full-bodied, combining elegance and generosity with excellent aging potential.
