Domaine Jean Charles Rion Nuits St Georges 1er Cru Blanc "Les Terres Blanches" 2020, 1.5L

Fruit from the Les Terres Blanches climat of Prémeaux-Prissey, this is a rare blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Blanc planted in white sandy, oolitic limestone soils. The grapes are pressed as whole clusters, fermented with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels, then aged for 12 months in oak (15% new) followed by an additional 4 to 5 months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of white flowers, ripe citrus, and subtle vanilla. On the palate, it offers a structured texture with crisp acidity, notes of green apple, and a mineral-driven finish.
