Fruit Brandy, traditional bain-marie distilled.

The raspberries are harvested when they reach the highest aromatic peak.
The distillation takes place with Athanor, our bain-marie alembic built in 2000 as per the indications of “Liber de Arte Destillandi” by Hieronimus Brunschwyg, published in May
1500 in Strasburg.
The result is a fruit brandy of extraordinary intensity, to be enjoyed at cool temperature during summer nights.

Raw material: raspberries

Production method: artisanal distillation, in small lots, with a discontinuous bain-marie vacuum still

Aromas: mixed berries juice with a pleasant alcohol base.
