PO’ Secca (Dry) clearly indicates the main feature of this Grappa, due to the grape marc of Merlot.

Thanks to the flowing-steam distillation, the aromas of the fermented grape must are transferred to Grappa, making it frank and lively.

Production method: artisanal distillation, in small lots, with a discontinuous copper still provided with steam pots

Aromas: red grapes, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and currants.
