Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs Brut 2020, 750ml

Single-site, single-vintage, grower-producer, this is a blend of 86% Pinot Noir, 14% Pinot Meunier, aged for 36 months on its lees before release.
Fermentation: whole-bunched pressed, inoculated with commercial yeast, fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16°C.
Disgorged in January 2025. Dosage: 3g/l. Malolactic completed.

Blanc de Noirs is our signature Sussex Sparkling, produced from predominantly Pinot Noir grapes grown and hand-harvested on the Rathfinny Wine Estate.

Tasting Note:

A rose-gold hue delivers a nose of red fruits and a mouthwatering palate of pear and plum, with a long ripe cherry finish.
