Rathfinny Classic Cuvee Brut 2019, 750ml

Single-site, single-vintage, grower-producer, this is a blend of 44% Pinot Noir, 41% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier, aged for 36 months on its lees before release.
Fermentation: whole-bunched pressed, inoculated with commercial yeast, fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16°C.

Disgorged in December 2023. Dosage: 4.5g/l. Malolactic completed.

Tasting Note:

Honeyed lemon in colour, with a welcoming nose of red apple skins that gives way to a rich lemon meringue palate with a red berry fruit finish.
