100% Chardonnay from the 5 Grands Crus villages from the Cote de Blancs (Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, Mesnil-sur-Oger). 5% of the blend is aged in new oak barrels to create the very delicate balance of toasted notes in the final wine. Aged for 10 years on its lees before release. Dosage 9g/l.

Tasting Note:

On the nose, it shows white blossom, Anjou pear, and golden raisin, with hints of aniseed and smoke. The palate is vibrant and saline, with lemon, subtle creaminess, and a long, crisp finish. Overall, it is a refined and age-worthy Blanc de Blancs shaped by Grand Cru terroir, long lees ageing, and restrained oak influence.
