100% Chardonnay from the 5 Grands Crus villages from the Cote de Blancs (Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, Mesnil-sur-Oger).

5% of the blend is aged in new oak barrels to create the very delicate balance of toasted notes in the final wine. Aged for 10 years on its lees before release. Dosage 9g/l.

Tasting Note:

A beautiful yellow colour with subtle golden highlights. The full nose blends fruity fragrances, pastry and brioche aromas with delicious notes of candied citrus fruit. Ample and sustained by a suave acidity, the palate is precise, structured, lively and showcases a rare aromatic purity.
