100% Pinot Noir sourced from hillsides in Mendocino County vineyards.

This is hand picked and cold soaked and saigneed to concentrate flavor and aromatics.
Fermented for 8-12 days at moderate temperatures in stainless steel, and aged in 40% new French oak barrels for 9 months.

Tasting Notes:

Notes of fresh cherry juice, raspberry, and touches of vanilla and nutmeg, weighted with florest floor and a striking minerality on the finish.
