Macduff 2009, 13 Year Old "Connoisseurs Choice" G&M, 700ml

Single Cask Macduff 2009, part of the Connoisseurs Choice series, was aged for 13 years in a refill bourbon barrel (Cask #11896) and bottled at cask strength of 57.5%. This limited edition release produced only 197 bottles.

Tasting Note:

Nose: Rich aromas of red apples, waxy oranges, sugar-coated almonds, and cinnamon.

Palate: Meaty malt, honey, citrus, mango, and a touch of liquorice.

Finish: Ripe and refreshing with lingering notes of fruit and spice.
