Hazelburn 15 Year Old Sherry Cask, 700ml

Hazelburn range takes its name from one of Campbeltown’s lost distilleries and was first produced at Springbank Distillery in 1997. Making full use of all three stills, this range is triple distilled and unpeated resulting in a spirit that is creamy, delicate and light. (bottled in 2023)

Hazelburn 15 Year Old Oloroso Cask is matured in 100% Oloroso Sherry casks, this 15 year old release is a complex, full-bodied dram.

Nose: Red fruits, blackcurrants, milk chocolate, leather, raisins, menthol, strawberries, figs, dates, and sherry influence.

Taste: Syrupy texture with leather, tobacco, smoke, char, plums, mocha, pepper, fennel, oak, and slight dryness.

Finish: Medium length with espresso beans, rum-soaked raisins, and charred oak.
