Distilled in 2007 and bottled on November 6, 2023 at 57.8% ABV, this Speyside single malt was matured for 15 years in a first-fill sherry hogshead (Cask #21607202), yielding 310 bottles. It is non-chill filtered and bottled without added colour. The whisky belongs to Batch 23/119 and reflects Gordon & MacPhail’s focus on showcasing distillery character through carefully selected single casks.

Tasting Note:

On the nose, the whisky opens with dried fruits, orange peel, and baking spice. The palate is rich and textured, showing stewed plum, dark chocolate, and clove, with hints of roasted nuts and oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice and sherry depth. This bottling offers a bold and concentrated profile shaped by active sherry cask maturation.
