Tamnavulin 14 Year Old is a single cask release from G&M Connoisseurs Choice range. Distilled in 2007 and bottled in July 2022 at 57.5% ABV, this Speyside single malt was matured for 14 years in a refill bourbon barrel (Cask #700354), yielding 200 bottles. It is non-chill filtered and bottled without added colour. The whisky belongs to Batch 22/143 and reflects Gordon & MacPhail’s focus on highlighting distillery character through careful cask selection.

Tasting Note:

On the nose, the whisky opens with shortbread biscuits, orchard fruit, and light florals. The palate is malty and fresh, showing apple, pear, and wildflowers, with a subtle thread of vanilla. The finish is clean and gently spiced, with lingering fruit and soft oak. This bottling offers a delicate and aromatic profile shaped by restrained bourbon cask maturation.
