Aroma: Rich sherry notes combine with delicate fruitcake and elements of ginger. Bright baked apples and citrus peel are balanced by a hint of beeswax polish.

Palate: Autumnal spices and juicy orange undertones compliment stewed summer berries. A hint of black pepper develops to treacle and roasted hazelnuts.

Finish: A long, fruity and spicy finish with lingering almonds.
