Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented slowly in stainless steel using native yeasts, with no oak influence and no malolactic fermentation. The wine is bottled with 8% alcohol and residual sugar typical of the Spätlese classification.

Tasting Note:

Aromatically, it opens with mandarin, honeysuckle, and flint, alongside hints of mint and white peach. The palate is medium-bodied and finely textured, showing Mirabelle plum, lemon zest, and a saline mineral core. Overall, it is a precise and age-worthy Spätlese, marked by clarity, tension, and a spring-like freshness.
