Distilled in 2005 and bottled on May 30, 2022 at 58% ABV, this Speyside single malt was matured in a refill American hogshead (Cask #120), yielding 237 bottles. It is non-chill filtered and bottled without added colour. The whisky belongs to Batch 22/116 and reflects Gordon & MacPhail’s commitment to showcasing distinctive single malts through careful cask selection and long-term maturation.

Tasting Note:

On the nose, the whisky opens with fragrant apple and mango, layered with dark honey and salted lemon. The palate is sweet and textured, showing tropical fruits, milk chocolate, poached pears, and a touch of chilli spice. The finish is medium and sweet, with lingering citrus fruit and almonds. This bottling offers a vibrant and fruit-driven profile, balanced by subtle spice and oak.
