Chateau de Caraguilhes "Solus" Corbieres Blanc 2022, 750ml

A blend of 80% Grenache blanc, 20% Roussanne planted in limestone and round pebbles soils.

Fermented and aged on its lees for 9 months in French oak (demi-muid) and amphoras.

Tasting Notes:

A pale yellow wine, bright and clear, showing freshness and elegance. Aromas of lemon and grapefruit. After aeration, it is the minerality which comes to the fore, with subtle notes of white flowers and redcurrants. Rounded and vibrant, with a long mineral finish.
