Nose: Dark toffee and brown sugar aromas intertwine with underlying vanilla. sultana fruitcake develops alongside cinnamon , clove spice and hints of orange zest.

Palate: Smooth with spiced plum flavours, sweet red apple and subtle cocoa. charred oak and underlying coffee bean flavours develop.

Finish: A medium finish with hazel nut and aniseed.
