100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Sonoma Valley, Monterey and Paso Robles. This is an effortlessly approachable Cabernet.

Picked overnight, and destemmed to closed-top fermenters. Each lot is aged separately in 40% new French and American oak for 12 months. The final blend pulled together 2 weeks prior to bottling.

Tasting Note:

Rich notes of blackberry pie, cassis, and clove, with toasted oak, subtle green peppercorn and touches of butterscotch on the finish. Striking and rich.
