Domaine Rapet Pere et Fils Beaune 1er Cru "Greves" 2020, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir grown in a 0.33-hectare parcel of over 50-year-old vines situated on a steep slope with gravelly and sandy soils. The grapes were manually harvested and sorted, with 30% fermented as whole clusters. Fermentation lasted 15 days with regular pigeage to extract color and tannins, followed by ageing in French oak barrels, 20–30% of which were new.

Tasting Note:

On the nose, the wine shows violet, blackberry, and spice. The palate is concentrated and vibrant, with fine tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, peppery finish. Overall, it’s an elegant and energetic Beaune 1er Cru that combines aromatic charm with structural finesse.
