Domaine Perrot Minot Vosne Romanee 2022, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir sourced from two village-level parcels: Les Ormes (planted in 1985) and Les Chalandins (planted in 2000), formerly grouped under the name “Ormes des Chalandins”. These sites lie on clay-limestone soils with a notable presence of silt and fertile topsoil, contributing to aromatic richness and supple texture. The fruit was fully destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts, with gentle extraction to preserve finesse. Ageing took place over 12–14 months in French oak barrels, with restrained use of new oak to maintain purity.

Tasting Note:

Aromas include spicy purple fruit, black raspberry, jasmine tea, and floral hints. The palate is dense yet supple, with firm tannins and a lingering, balanced finish. Overall, the wine reflects the elegance and depth of Vosne-Romanée.
