100% Cinsault destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeast in temperature controlled tanks and aged in neutral oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:

It is fruit-forward and lightly spiced with superb structure, delicate and silky. On the nose it shows bright red fruit, such as raspberry and cherry, with a touch of white pepper and a smooth, elegant finish.
