Graham's Single Harvest Tawny Port 1994, 750ml

The Graham's Single Harvest Tawny Port 1994 is a blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão and Tinta Amarela. It was hand-picked and destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts for about two days before fortification with grape spirit to 20% alcohol with residual sugar of 124 g/L, and aged in seasoned oak casks for 23 years.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of rose petal, oriental spice and toasted honey, complemented by sweet balsamic and dried fig. Palate is full bodied with fresh blue and black berry flavors and delicate toasted coffee finish. Overall this Single Harvest Tawny has generous complexity, intense and lingering flavors of mature dried fruits and fresh berries, and it is ready to drink with further ageing potential.
