Graham's Single Harvest Tawny Port 1990, 4.5L

The Graham's Single Harvest Tawny Port 1990 is a blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão and Tinta Amarela. It was hand-picked and destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts for about two days before fortification with grape spirit to 20% alcohol with residual sugar of 115 g/L, and aged in seasoned oak casks for 30 years.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of caramel, honeysuckle and vanilla, complemented by orange peel, raisins, dry herbs and spices. Palate has a great balance between freshness, residual sugar and tannins that are mellow and integrated. Overall this Single Harvest Tawny has generous complexity, loads of mature dried fruits and nuts, and it is ready to drink with further ageing potential.
