100% Pinot Noir sourced from vineyards in Chambolle-Musigny, farmed sustainably with organic treatments and lunar calendar guidance. The grapes were hand-harvested and vinified with a high proportion of whole clusters—typically between 50% and 100%—using ambient yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with minimal intervention and low sulfur usage. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with 0-15% new wood depending on the vintage.

Tasting Note:

On the nose, it shows bright cherry, redcurrant, and rose petal with a touch of spice. The palate is juicy and balanced, with fine tannins and a silky texture. Overall, it’s a vibrant and precise Bourgogne that reflects the elegance and clarity of its Côte de Nuits origin.
