Chateau Grand Puy Ducasse 2021, 1.5L

Château Grand-Puy Ducasse 2021 is a blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot, sourced from 40 hectares of gravel-rich soils across Pauillac, Saint-Lambert, and Saint-Sauveur. Grapes were fully destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete tanks using indigenous yeasts. The wine was aged in French oak barrels, 30% of which were new, for approximately 18 months.

Tasting Note:

Aromas are discreet, with notes of blackcurrant, graphite, and cedar. The palate is medium-bodied, showing red plum and damson fruit, fresh acidity, and fine-grained tannins. Overall, the wine is structured and balanced, with classic Pauillac typicity and ageing potential.
