100% Carignan, destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeast in temperature controlled tanks and aged in neutral oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Note:

Beautiful dark garnet color. Nose of ripe red fruits. In the mouth it is the cherry which clearly imposes itself with a hint of liquorice. The mouth is silky and very fine tannins. The finish is long.
