Jean Baptiste Jessiaume Pommard 1er Cru "Les Charmots" 2020, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir from 0.52 hectares of calcareous clay, on east to south-facing slopes between 250 and 330 meters. Hand harvested, fully destemmed with strict sorting. Cold maceration for 6–8 days, followed by 30 days of vatting with temperature control. Aged 15 months, including 12 in oak (10% new).

Tasting Note:

A ruby colour with cherry reflections. Its gourmet nose has raspberry, blackberry and blueberry nuances as well as a delicate spicy touch. Its tannins are powerful and fine in the mouth, resulting in a balanced and elegant wine.
