Jean Baptiste Jessiaume Rully 1er Cru "Marissou" Blanc 2021, 750ml

100% Chardonnay from 0.80 hectares of calcareous clay situated at altitudes between 230 and 300 meters. Hand harvested, directly pressed without crushing, lightly settled, and fermented in barrels. Aged 15 months, including 12 in oak (10–15% new).

Tasting Note:

A nice complexity with a long finish in the mouth, it explodes on the palate with almond, acacia and fruity aromas including lychee and apricot.
