Jean Baptiste Jessiaume Santenay Blanc 2019, 750ml

100% Chardonnay from 1.10 hectares of limestone soil on east to south-facing slopes between 300 and 500 meters. Hand harvested, directly pressed without crushing, lightly settled, and fermented in barrels. Aged 12 months, with 70% in oak and 30% in vats for balance and freshness.

Tasting Note:

Coloured with golden reflections. Its nose has sweet, floral and fresh almond aromas. A combination of freshness with tenseness and spicy notes in the mouth.
