Nose: Raspberry compote leads to orange peel and soft apple. Subtle ginger spice combines with jammy figs and toasted oak.

Palate: Intense stewed raisins complement mandarin zest and autumnal spices. Blueberry sorbet gives way to a hint of ani seed and cocoa powder.

Finish: Full and long with sultanas and lingering spice.
