Dalwhinnie 25 Year Old Natural Cask Strength, 700ml

Dalwhinnie is Scotland's highest distillery, located in Cairngorm National Park. Founded in 1897, it's known for its smooth, elegant malts.

Dalwhinnie sources unpeated malted barley and water from Loch Aigas. They use onion-shaped stills, and mature their whisky in American oak ex-bourbon casks.

Their core expression is the 15-Year-Old Single Malt, while the Distillers Edition offers a Sherry cask finish. They also release special bottlings and expressions.

Nose: Malt, fruit, strawberry, chocolate, cantaloupe skin, light floral touch, and some wood.

Palate: Fruit, malt, spice, dried fruit, light floral touch, and a noticeably woody hint.

Finish: Short and watery with light notes of malt, fruit, and earth.
