"Sarpa" in Venetian language means “grape marc”, the raw material from which Grappa is made.
Conceived in 1983, Sarpa represents a bridge among past and future: it holds in perfect synthesis the aroma of tradition and the advantages of modern knowledge.
Sarpa is the present of Grappa: authentic, straightforward, genuine, in a word “classic”.

Raw material: Merlot and Cabernet

Production method: artisanal distillation, in small lots, with a discontinuous copper still provided with steam pots

Aromas: red grapes, berries, and roses
