A full-flavored gin with a softer and slightly sweeter profile.  Influenced by the Dutch’s native spirit, Genever, this style has less botanical sharpness than its London Dry counterpart.

Tasting Note:

Silky and smooth with a sweet aroma, yet dry taste profile.  Perfect for more rounded and full-flavored gin cocktails like the classic Martinez or Negroni.

This style of gin preceded London Dry and got its name from the wooden plaques shaped like black cats (“Old Toms”) displayed on the outside door of pubs and drinking halls.
