Graham's 10 Years Old Tawny Port, 4.5L

The grapes for Graham's 10 Years Old Tawny Port are sourced from Graham's quintas in the Upper Douro on the north bank of the Douro River near Tua with south-facing slopes at 130 to 350 meters altitude on schist soil.

The Graham's 10 Years Old Tawny Port is a blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão and Tinta Amarela. It was hand-picked and destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts for about two days before fortification with grape spirit to 20% alcohol with residual sugar of 112 g/L, and aged in seasoned oak casks for an average of 10 years.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of dried fig, raisin and honey, complemented by toasted walnut, caramel and orange peel. Palate has balance between freshness, residual sugar and soft tannins. Overall this 10 year tawny has mellow structure, rich mature fruit and nutty flavors, and is ready to drink.
