Kavalan Whisky Dinner @The Refinery Club

Join us for a relaxed and enjoyable evening celebrating the world of Kavalan Single Malt Whisky.
Discover the story of Taiwan’s first single malt distillery, founded in 2005 and now recognised around the world. Using pure mountain water and Yilan’s subtropical climate, Kavalan creates whiskies full of character, depth, and a distinctive Taiwanese style.
On the evening, you will enjoy a guided tasting of five Kavalan whiskies, perfectly paired with a specially created menu.

Create Your Own Whisky

The highlight of the night will be a fun and interactive LAN Whisky Blending Session. Guided by experts, you will blend four single malts to create your own unique whisky, an engaging way to explore flavours and learn the art of blending.
Enjoy a hands-on experience that combines fine whisky, good food, and great company.
