Domaine Rossignol Trapet Beaune 1er Cru "Les Teurons" 2018, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir grown on a 1.17-hectare plot in the Les Teurons 1er Cru, located on a warm, stony slope with deep, well-drained soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in open wooden vats. Around 50% whole bunches were used. The wine is aged for approximately 14 months in 20% new French oak barrels.

Tasting Note:

The 2018 vintage shows aromas of ripe red berries and subtle earthy notes. On the palate, it is round and balanced, with fine tannins and a smooth, elegant finish that reflects the warmth and depth of its terroir.
