Domaine Rapet Savigny les Beaune "Aux Forneaux" 2020, 375ml

Coming from the "Aux Fournaux" parcel, over 50 years old, is named after the coal kilns found there.

Savigny-les-Beaune is notable for its size and number of renowned climats. The "les Fournaux" climat is characterized by deep, ferruginous soil.

Fermentation lasts 15 days with punch downs, allowing the wine to soak up the richness and color from the grape skins before pressing. The wine ages in 20% new oak barrels.
