Domaine Jean Charles Rion Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits 2020, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir, from vineyards between 300 and 400m in the Hautes Côtes, planted on clay-limestone soils. Fermented in open stainless steel vats with temperature control, using indigenous yeasts, and aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Note:

Deep garnet red color. Notes of blueberry, blackberry, crushed wild strawberry, and blackcurrant. To wait to obtain notes of kirsch cherry or cranberries. Full and thirst-quenching on the palate. Fresh and elegant.
