100% Pinot Noir from mature vines in Savigny les Beaune. Fully destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in open-top stainless steel vats, followed by a maceration period of approximately 15 to 21 days. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with some new.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of red cherry, crushed raspberry, and dried thyme come through clearly, supported by light earthy tones and a touch of minerality. The palate is balanced and expressive, with fine tannins and fresh acidity bringing out flavors of redcurrant, plum skin, and a hint of spice.
