Chateau Los Boldos Tradition Reserve Chardonnay 2023, 750ml

Reserve Chardonnay 2023 is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in the Cachapoal Valley on stony, alluvial soils. Grapes were hand-harvested and underwent cold pre-fermentation maceration for 12 hours in the press. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at 6–18°C using ambient yeast. The wine was aged on lees, with a portion matured for 3 months in third-use French oak barrels. No malolactic fermentation was performed.

Tasting Note:

Aromas include tropical fruit, apricot, and pear. The palate is fresh and mineral-driven, with lively acidity and a clean, persistent finish. Overall, the wine is bright and well-defined, expressing varietal purity and the cool-climate character of Cachapoal.
