Domaine Chevillon Chezeaux Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits Rouge 2023, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir sourced from selected plots in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits on limestone and clay soils. The domaine practices sustainable viticulture with meticulous soil work. The grapes are hand harvested, 100% destemmed and lightly crushed, followed by traditional fermentation with punch downs and pump overs. The wine is aged in French oak barrels with a low percentage of new oak.

Tasting Note:
Aromas of red berry, dark cherry, violet and spice on the nose. Juicy attack. Fresh fruit on the mid-palate with soft tannins and bright acidity. The finish shows good length and 6-10 years of ageing potential.
