Chateau Los Boldos Tradition Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2023, 750ml

Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is made from (Estate Grown) 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in the Cachapoal Valley, on stony alluvial soils. Grapes were harvested early due to a warm growing season and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15°C over two weeks using ambient yeast. The wine was aged for six months in tank without malolactic conversion and no oak contact.

Tasting Note:

Aromas include citrus, orange blossom, and tropical fruit. The palate is zesty and vibrant, with concentrated fruit, crisp acidity, and a clean, refreshing finish. Overall, the wine is bright and varietally expressive, showcasing purity and freshness.
