Christian Drouin Calvados Pays d'Auge Reserve, 700ml

Produced in the Pays d'Auge from bitter, bitter-sweet, sweet and sharp cider apples by double distillation in copper stills, Réserve des Fiefs is a blend of several Calvados mostly aged in small used oak casks.

Tasting Note: 

The aroma features a pleasant dry apple note, while the palate is crisp with a hint of bite. As it develops, the flavor smooths out, revealing a subtle touch of sweetness.
